PAYROLL SPECIALIST

We are currently looking to hire part-time/full-time Payroll Specialists who will serve our clients’ payroll needs.  Candidates must have excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, project management and computer skills. Candidate must be able to work independently as liaison between our clients and ADP.

Job Description:

This position is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of our clients’ payrolls utilizing ADP’s technology. This includes gaining detailed knowledge of all pay processing rules and ensuring those rules are maintained in the Time and Labor Management and/or HRIS system. This position is also responsible for the input of additional pay data as required to ensure proper payment to each employee. In addition, this position will answer calls/emails from clients, employees, and managers to resolve payroll questions and issues.

This position is also responsible for assisting our clients with the implementation of ADP products.

Skills/Qualities:

• MUST HAVE a minimum of three years experience with ADP Pay eXpert, ezLaborManager and HRB
• Must be highly motivated
• Knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft Office programs
• Strong customer relations, mathematical and analytical skills a must
