Javers Group has partnered with over 30 highly rated carriers to provide you with the best choices and most competitive rates for you and your employees.  Because we represent these highly rated carriers as your Broker of Record (BOR), we are able to provide you with a variety of strategic program options at the most competitive prices.  We will also remain in contact with the benefit providers to discuss plan status and design strategies.

We are not biased toward any one carrier and will always offer you an objective analysis of program benefits and features.

As your BOR, we will:

• Analyze current benefit plans, including in-depth consultations and claims review
• Market to appropriate benefit carriers and assist with plan negotiations
• Conduct on-site open enrollment meetings,

In addition to acting as your BOR, we can manage the entire process by becoming your off-site benefits administrator.  Some of our services include:

• Providing a dedicated Javers Group staff member to act as the Company’s Benefits Manager
• Administration of activities associated with your plans, including additions, termination, changes to enrollment, and timely responses to employee questions or concerns
• Reconciliation of monthly invoices from your carriers
• Management of 401(k) or similar plans
• Administration of Family Medical Leave (FMLA) claims including the distribution al all legally required documents to the employee, review of FMLA requests for eligibility/approval, follow-up communication with employee while on leave, and tracking of FMLA leave period
• Administration of COBRA processing including the timely notification to benefit providers and response to employee questions or concerns.
• Administration of Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plans including additions, terminations, and changes to enrollment
• Preparation of signature ready Form 5500 annually as required for management approval and submission
